Galentine’s Day Mocktail Recipe: Strawberry Mojito with Liquid I.V.

Ingredients You’ll Need

– 6 strawberries, hulled and sliced

– ¼ cup Ontario blueberries

– 8 mint leaves

– ½ tsp grated fresh ginger

– 1 lime

– 1 stick Liquid I.V. Hydration Multiplier Strawberry

– 500ml (2 cups) water

– Ice

– Extra mint, strawberry slices, and lime wedges for garnish

Instructions

Prep the Ingredients: Remove the stems from the strawberries and slice them into small pieces.

Muddle: In a large cocktail shaker, squeeze the juice from the lime. Add the sliced strawberries, grated ginger, blueberries, and mint leaves. Muddle the mixture until it resembles a purée.

Mix It Up: In a separate glass or small pitcher, mix 1 stick of Liquid I.V. Hydration Multiplier Strawberry with 500ml (2 cups) of water. Stir until fully dissolved.

Combine: Pour the Liquid I.V. mixture into the cocktail shaker with the muddled ingredients and stir to combine.

Serve: Fill two cocktail glasses with ice and evenly divide the mocktail mixture between the glasses.

Garnish: Garnish each glass with a sprig of mint, a strawberry slice, and a lime wedge.
