Canadian Club 45-Year-Old Whisky Launch at Hy’s Steakhouse

Canadian Club 45-Year-Old: Canada’s oldest-aged whisky
To celebrate the launch of Canadian Club 45-Year-Old at Hy’s Steakhouse in Downtown Vancouver, we went on a multisensory journey through the complete Chronicles Series – starting from the 41-Year-Old to the 45-Year-Old.
‘The Icon’ Canadian Club 45-Year-Old is Canada’s oldest-aged whisky and the grand finale of the legendary Chronicles Series. Batched and barreled in 1977, Canadian Club 45-Year-Old has a golden amber colour with an enticing blend of warm pear, baking spices, toffee, and a hint of leather on the nose. It has notes of espresso crema balanced with wine, poached pear, and the nutty sweetness of praline. It delivers a well-rounded, smooth, and lingering finish.
