Jungle Room Celebrates One Year with a Special Anniversary Menu

Last year, on April 28, 2023, Vancouver’s first jungle-themed cocktail bar and restaurant, Jungle Room, opened its doors to the public. To mark its first anniversary, the restaurant offered a special three-course menu, priced at $59.

The anniversary menu featured a collaboration between Consulting Chef Alessandro Vianello and Jungle Room’s in-house chefs, Krisyanto and Mariko Foster. The menu showcased the restaurant’s signature blend of elevated Indonesian cuisine and Japanese street food.

– Crying Tiger Pork Belly

– Pisang Goreng Affogato

– Dole Whip Sundae

Jungle Room has received several accolades in its first year, including being named a Top 100 finalist for the Western Living’s Design 25 Awards. The restaurant’s immersive decor and commitment to community involvement have made it a standout in Vancouver’s dining scene.
