Experience BC’s Best Bars: Sips of the West at The Lobby Lounge

The Lobby Lounge at Fairmont Pacific Rim is gearing up for a unique bar takeover event, ‘Sips of the West’, on Sunday, April 28, from 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm. For one night only, three renowned bars from Western Canada will converge to serve up their signature cocktails.

The Raven Room from Whistler, known for its innovative cocktails and local craft beer menu.

Wolf in the Fog from Tofino, offering handcrafted cocktails that complement their local fish and foraged-focused menu.

Clives Classic Lounge from Victoria, a respected player in the international cocktail community with a dynamic and seasonally changing cocktail program.

Each bar will serve three signature cocktails, giving attendees a taste of the West Coast’s best. The event is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and more information can be found on the Fairmont Pacific Rim website.
