Colony Bars Rebrands to Good Co. Bars and Opens New Location in Steveston

Colony Bars, a collection of neighbourhood establishments across Vancouver, has rebranded to Good Co. Bars. The company, whose bars have become a central gathering place for people seeking good company and quality food and drinks, is expanding with a new location opening in Steveston in July.

Marking its 10-year celebration, Blueprint, the entertainment and hospitality company behind the collection, made the decision to bring the original brand purpose and sentiment – Keep Good Company – to the forefront. Over the years, Good Co. Bars have become celebrated neighbourhood hubs, bringing together the local community in welcoming, inclusive home away from home spaces. With established locations across Vancouver’s most legendary neighbourhoods – Kitsilano, Mount Pleasant, North Vancouver, and the Granville Entertainment District – and now their fifth location in Steveston – Good Co. Bars are hallmarked by warm, thematic and artistic interiors driven by one overarching purpose – to provide good times for good people.

Locals and visitors can experience the newly built Good Co. Bars at the company’s inspiring Steveston location. Situated on the edge of Steveston Village’s scenic waterfront, the bar features a 250 seat restaurant for leisurely days and nights of revelry, and a year-round patio that seats 80 people. Drinks include rotating craft beer taps, cheeky cocktails, lavish Caesars and highballs. Food items span shareable appetizers, handhelds and mains, flavourful wings, and healthier alternatives. Guests can also experience today’s best feel-good music, enjoy games, fantasy leagues, trivia and of course, catch any major sporting event on the screens throughout the venue. After enjoying the space, guests can wander Steveston – a quaint fishing village that’s been featured in major films and TV shows and was voted the top Metro Vancouver neighbourhood (out of 192) in 2020.
