Champagne & Caviar! Vancouver’s most luxurious brunch at Bruno, Versante Hotel

This is Vancouver’s most luxurious brunch! Every Saturday and Sunday, Bruno Restaurant at Versante Hotel is serving up a spectacular Champagne & Caviar Seafood Brunch with a mimosa bar and live music entertainment from 11:00 am to 2:30 pm.

In the first-course seafood lovers can indulge in BC’s freshest selection of fresh-shucked oysters & caviar along with bay scallop & ikura ceviche, tuna tartare, spicy citrus prawn cocktail and creamy lobster dip.

The second course is elevated classic brunch items like crab and avocado benny, Fraser Valley pork & herb sausage, honey butter & furikake tater tots and honey butter & furikake tater tots.

For the ultimate seafood brunch experience, we also ordered the Caviar & Uni Experience. This lavish addition includes 12-gram Northern Divine caviar, bafun uni petals, nori scones, chive crème fraiche.

We ended our luxurious brunch with a decadent dessert platter of macarons, marshmallows and chocolate.
