Beanstock: Canada’s Largest Independent Coffee Festival

After a three-year hiatus, Beanstock, Canada’s largest independent coffee festival, was back at Roundhouse Community Center in Yaletown. We got a chance to meet Venice Vallega, Canadian Latte Art Champion and Canada’s top artisan roasters and baristas. Over the weekend, we learned about what makes great tasting third-wave specialty coffee from the origin of the coffee bean, roasting process and brewing methods.

I was hella buzzed from the unlimited coffee tastings. My favourite coffee was from Monogram Coffee, Rogue Wave Coffee and Single V Coffee. Who were your favourite roasters?
