BC Place Debuts Dawson’s Deluxe, a New Concession Stand Featuring Gourmet Hot Dogs

This weekend at the Whitecaps FC and BC Lions games on July 21st and 22nd, BC Place is debuting its newest concession stand, Dawson’s Deluxe! A sister brand to the stadium classic, Dawson’s Hot Dogs, Dawson’s Deluxe will feature gourmet hotdogs with premium ingredients, including Wagyu beef.

For its 40th anniversary, BC Place has also launched two new sustainable items including aluminum cups for draft beverages, and special edition popcorn boxes. By using aluminum materials, the cups are considered ‘infinitely recyclable’, meaning there is no limit to the number of times it can be recycled. The cups also keep beverages ice cold for extended periods, perfect for hot summer days with the roof open. The 40th anniversary popcorn boxes feature a fun pattern highlighting events from the last four decades and are 100% compostable.

Dawson’s Deluxe menu items:

Wagyu Dog – 100% Wagyu beef with mango pineapple salsa, pineapple mustard, togarashi mayo, and teriyaki sauce (served with kettle chips)

Bavarian Smokie – Pork smokie with sauerkraut, diced onion, and grainy mustard (served with kettle chips)

Chorizo Dog – Chorizo topped with salsa fresca, chimichurri aioli, and jalapeno (served with kettle chips)

Sausage Platter – Chorizo, Bavarian smokie, Wagyu dog served with sauerkraut, dill pickle, mustard, and kettle chips
