Decathlon Pop-Up Shop Opens at Metropolis at Metrotown

Decathlon is opening its first pop-up shop in British Columbia at Metropolis at Metrotown. The pop-up shop will be located across from the Muji store and will be open until the spring of 2024 when Decathlon’s permanent store opens in the mall.

At the pop-up shop, guests can expect to find a wide selection of products and sporting goods, including affordable rain jackets, ski and snowboarding gear, waterproof hiking shoes, trekking and multi-purpose backpacks, road running and trail running shoes, swimwear and other water sport accessories, as well as a dedicated space for road, mountain and hybrid bikes.

In addition to browsing the selection of products, guests will also have the opportunity to access Decathlon’s knowledgeable in-store experts and enter an enticing pop-up contest hosted by Decathlon.

When Decathlon’s permanent store opens in the spring of 2024, it will be the 19th Decathlon location in Canada and will occupy a 38,000-square-foot space. Along with its sought-after products, guests can expect a well-rounded shopping experience that includes in-store gyms, product test areas, and in-person and online technical services.

Guests will also be able to touch, feel and experience the products, test bikes, demos of camping tents, ping pong, and more. There will also be workshops for tune-ups, repairs and maintenance of bikes and kayaks.
