Dine Out Vancouver 2024: Experience West Coast Flavours at ARC Restaurant
Dine Out Vancouver Festival is back, and ARC Restaurant at the Fairmont Waterfront is serving up a mouthwatering 4-course prix fixe menu that celebrates the best of the West Coast.
From January 17th to February 4th, 2024, indulge in Executive Chef Adam Middleton’s culinary artistry, featuring simple, fresh, and locally sourced ingredients.
Appetizer: Cured Chinook Salmon with crème fraiche, cucumber, salmon roe, dill, and coriander oil, paired with a refreshing Quails Gate Rose from the Okanagan Valley.
Second Course: Hand-made Cavatelli with fennel sausage, rapini, and pecorino, complemented by a light and crisp Quails Gate Riesling.
Main Course: Prairie Ranch Flat Iron with truffle butter, potato croquette, chanterelles, and gremolata, perfectly paired with a bold Quails Gate Queue.
Dessert: Bonet, a rich and decadent Italian chocolate custard with amaretti, coffee, rum, and crème fraiche gelato, accompanied by a sweet and fortified Quails Gate Foch.
