Uniqlo U 2023 Fall/Winter Collection: Easy, Chic, Elevated Utilitarian Staples

The new Uniqlo U 2023 Fall/Winter collection, designed by Artistic Director Christophe Lemaire and his Uniqlo R&D team in Paris, launches on October 5th. The collection offers easy, chic, and elevated utilitarian staples that are designed to be like “good friends – nothing that constrains you, nothing that disguises you.”

The collection features a range of warm and comfortable pieces, such as padded coats, lambswool knits, and cozy flannel and fleece. The relaxed, soft silhouettes and clean lines offer an unbound, genderless style. The colour palette is rich and earthy, with browns, rusts, charcoal, gray, beige, and off-white.

For women, the jersey-tailored jackets and pants are in relaxed fits with striped lining peeking out from the rolled-up jacket sleeves. The brushed jersey turtleneck T-shirt is a standout piece, with beautiful flowing curved sleeves and narrow ribbed cuffs and hem.

For men, the padded single-breasted coat and short-length padded volume jacket are both water-repellent and feature relaxed silhouettes that loosely envelop the body.

The collection is rounded out with a variety of accessories, including a classic drawstring bag in a smaller size, a simple yet practical backpack, and a casual mini messenger bag.

The Uniqlo U 2023 Fall/Winter collection will be available online and in selected stores on October 5th.
