Club Versante’s Oo La Cha partners with Mission Hill Family Estate for Special Dinner on December 8
It’s a match made for the most discerning culinary adventurers and wine enthusiasts.
On Thursday, December 8, for one night only, Oo La Cha — the acclaimed Mediterranean-inspired dining destination at Club Versante — is hosting a meticulously-curated wine dinner in collaboration with Mission Hill Family Estate winery, Canada’s only five-time winner of the prestigious Winery of the Year accolade.
Each of the dinner’s five courses has been specially created by Executive Chef William Lew, who designed the menu to enhance each exquisite wine pairing.

Caviar and Crudo
Royal Cristal Caviar, kanpachi, scallop, BC king shrimp, charred winter citrus, brûléed guanciale, red roe buttermilk sauce, stone fruit gelée, fennel. Wine paring: Terroir Collection Fritzi’s Vineyard 2021 Riesling
Truffle Venison Tartare
Binchotan charcoal-smoked, ’13 spice’ crust, hawthorn, shaved pine mushrooms, rose petal-fermented koji butter, dried plum, “volcanic” ash chip. Wine pairing: Legacy Collection 2017 Quatrain
Dry-Aged Winter Spiced Duck

Cocoa-Nib-Crusted Short Rib
Winter squash, confit Okanagan apples, dried dates, sunchoke chips, farro verde and bone marrow risotto. Wine pairing: Legacy Collection 2018 Oculus
